Sample Program

For this retreat we maintain silence through the daily experiences. Except for any instructions needed specific to each practice


The intention is to flow with effortless ease and embrace the rhythm of nature as it presents itself to us every day.


The schedule presented is a sample.


Each morning as we see what wondrous surprises the dawn brings, we determine the full schedule of the day, always allowing space for change and new ideas to manifest.

First day / Arrival: (Check in after 3:00)

  • Pick-up at the airport in Hilo, Big Island

  • Transportation to the Retreat Center - Approximately a 30-minute car drive.

  • Settle into the room and unwind

  • Welcome dinner


Days 2 to 4:


Energizing movement practice

Yoga stretches

Guided Meditation

Morning fruit and juice

Meditative experience: art, creative experience or solo time

Main Meal: Silent Enjoyment of the freshly prepared with pure Aloha main meal




Guided Meditation

Yoga Nidra - Harmonizing movement - or - Sound bath

Solo time for journaling, reading, contemplating


Day 5 / Departure: (Checkout before 11:00 am)​
